Indiana Residents have two options for additional assistance from the recent storms. Firstly, there is the Indiana Disaster Relief Fund which can help with immediate needs. Secondly, FEMA has authorized benefits for a number of counties.

If you have insurance, you should file a claim with your insurance company immediately. FEMA assistance cannot help with losses already covered by insurance.

Severe storms moved through Central Indiana today, bringing damaging winds, hail and heavy rain to parts of the area.

The hail map below shows storm activity across Central Indiana, including areas around Indianapolis and surrounding communities.

If your home was in or near one of these areas, you may not be able to see roof damage from the ground.
