Drywall / Maintenance Technicians | Indy Market
SERVPRO Team Olson is hiring 3 experienced Drywall/Maintenance Techs for apartment and condo make-ready work.
Team members will be National/DRT employees, but must reside in the Indy market.
What You’ll Do:
• Drywall patching, repairs, and touch-ups (2–3+ years required)
• Basic maintenance (outlets, toilet supply lines, light bulbs, minor repairs)
• Work independently and with a team across multiple properties
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, strong work ethic, detail-oriented
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Apartment/condo turnover experience preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus
Details:
• Full-time, project-based work (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week)
• No holiday work
• Work across multiple Indy-area properties
