Not every contractor comes from a systems background. Abhi joined Indiana Home Remodel in 2024 with a background in Industrial Engineering, and quickly stepped into the reality of construction, where nothing is ever as clean as it looks on paper.

Since then, he’s helped manage projects from estimates to ex*****on, and is currently co-running a $1M+ commercial buildout. His approach is simple: Understand the system. Solve the problem. Keep the project moving.
