Every RenoSys product starts the same way: with someone who knows exactly what they're doing, in a facility we operate ourselves.

We're one of the few major commercial pool builders that still manufactures its own stainless steel and PVC components right here in the United States. No outsourced fabrication, no imported shortcuts. Just the same welders, the same standards, and the same accountability on every project, whether it's a rooftop pool in a major city or a community pool in a small town.

Four names, one system. Water sits at the top of a precisely leveled weir wall, spills over into a catch basin below, and gets pumped right back in. When that weir is dead level, the edge seems to disappear.

Here's why the name actually matters on a commercial project: if a brief just says "infinity pool," bidders can assume very different things. One overflow edge or three? Visible catch basin or hidden? Where does the surge tank go?

So spec the edge by what it does, not what it's called.

And if your pool faces a courtyard instead of a skyline, a zero edge (perimeter overflow) might be the stronger choice anyway.

Cold plunges are showing up in hotel spas, fitness floors, and rooftop wellness decks everywhere. A lot of people think of them as equipment. Health departments often don't.

A cold plunge open to guests is usually reviewed like a small public aquatic venue. That can mean plan review, an operating permit, required circulation, filtration, and disinfection, and in many cases NSF/ANSI/CAN 50 certified equipment.

And it gets used hard. NSF notes cold tubs typically run at 65°F or below, and some venues report hundreds of uses a day as guests rotate between hot and cold.

Construction cost is only one part of the equation. Maintenance requirements, repair frequency, water efficiency, and future renovation needs all factor into what a pool actually costs a facility over its lifespan, and those costs are often overlooked at the decision stage.

A competition pool isn't just a bigger community pool. Every dimension is governed by World Aquatics standards: 50 meters long, 25 meters wide, ten lanes, with strict tolerances on depth and temperature.

That means a renovation can't simply replace worn finishes. It has to preserve competitive function while minimizing disruption to training schedules that often run seven days a week, early morning to late evening.

Sometimes the best review isn't a testimonial. It's what a customer does before the crew even leaves.

At a YMCA outside Boston, our team faced a distinctively shaped Z-configuration pool, seven days of rain, and a tight timeline. The PVC membrane was installed across 6,114 sq ft, terminating below the coping with precision hot-air welding around every angle and transition.

The facility was so eager to reopen that they started filling the pool with water while our crew was still finishing the final details.

Some facilities have been serving their community for longer than most companies have existed.

The Mattoon YMCA has been a cornerstone of its Illinois community since 1879. When it came time to replace the aging PVC membrane in their 4,730 sq ft indoor pool, precision mattered: the project included detailed work lining recessed steps and covering the top of the Chester pool gutter, tasks that demand accuracy to keep the finish seamless and watertight.
