320' Driveway Install and 95' x 62' Pad Built for this New Construction with a Slab Foundation.

Pad was constructed in 6” lifts. Engineering completed a density test on existing soils before starting, a proctor on the new soils brought in for the lift, and final nuclear density test to ensure compaction was completed.

New water and sewer service lines for a new construction duplex completed.

Water lines ran under road to the main utilizing directional boring. Tapped both lines into private main. Meter pits installed and set up for future irrigation system.

One sewer line connected to existing stub off main and the other tapped directly to main.

Pond Repair ✅

This pond was built 30+ years ago without an overflow. Heavy, spring rains flooded the pond/dam and washed a section out.

We repaired the dam and added a new overflow.
