A Pole Barn Roof we got all coated up today.
First we got all the loose metal screwed down and refastened.
Next we sealed all the Flashings, Fasteners, and Pipe Collars using a UniFlex OneFlash Urethane Permanent Sealant.
To finish we applied an Industrial Strength Asphalt Aluminum Roof Coating.

A Commercial Roof we just got done coating.
First we got everything all power washed off.
Next we screwed down any loose areas, and sealed all the Flashings, Fasteners, and Pipe Collars with a UniFlex OneFlash Urethane Permanent Sealant.
To finish we got the Roof Coated using a Lanco Siliconized Elastomeric Roof Coating.

Getting this Roof prepared to be coated tomorrow.
We sealed all Overlap Seams, Flashings, Pipe Collars, and Fasteners using a UniFlex OneFlash Urethane Permanent Sealant.

We first got everything all power washed off.
We then applied a thick coat of a Zinnser Rust Inhibitive Primer to the roof.
To finish we Primed and Painted all surfaces using a Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Direct To Metal Paint.
