A major milestone for the City of North Vernon 🚓

We were honored to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of the new police station, a facility designed to better support the officers who serve this community every day while creating a safer, more secure, and future-focused space for the city.

The new station replaces an outdated facility and provides upgraded operations, improved security, and room for future growth, all without increasing taxes for residents. We’re proud to have partnered with the City to help bring this vision to life.

The team that celebrates together, grows together. 🎉

Yesterday was one for the books. We kicked off Cinco de Mayo the right way with homemade tamales, a piñata, and prizes for our staff. Then we closed the day on a whole different stage.

Lancer Associates was recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as #21 among Central Indiana's 25 fastest-growing private companies.

Founded in 2022, we've grown from a vision rooted in trusted relationships to a firm licensed in 13 states, working across K-12 education, commercial, senior living, and municipal markets.

None of this happens without our amazing team and the clients who have trusted us from the beginning.

Our team enjoyed talking to all the students at the Johnson County Career Exploration Event at Whiteland Community High School today! We know how valuable it is to connect students directly with employers and open the door to real career exploration.

It was a great opportunity to talk about Lancer Academy and how we give students a hands-on look into careers in architecture, interior design, and construction through workshops and job shadowing experiences.

It was an honor to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for the new FEMA-certified tornado shelter our team designed for the Shoals Community School Corporation.

As only the second FEMA-funded school shelter in Indiana, the facility is built to withstand EF-5 tornado winds up to 250 MPH, providing lasting peace of mind for students, staff, and families.

During the school day, the space serves as a modern classroom addition, supporting the district’s educational program while standing ready to serve the community when severe weather strikes.

Lancer Associates is proud to celebrate the completion of the Monticello Union Township Public Library renovation and addition! This project expanded program space, enhanced children’s areas, and modernized systems to support the next generation of readers and learners.

The new North Vernon Police Station is taking shape, thoughtfully designed to echo the iconic B&O Train Depot that once defined this city. We’re proud to see a project that honors local heritage while serving the future. On track for completion in Spring 2026!
