This page was created for people that have went through the new home building process, ones are currently in the process & prospective new home builders to share information and experiences, gain knowledge, avoid unfair contracts and to have a VOICE!!!!
I know of hundreds of families that have been frustrated with some of the new home builders in the Indianapolis region. From poor communication, poor craftsmanship, unfair contracts, lawsuits etc. This page is to be used not to bash, but share information so others can see what the true experience is with some of these companies.
The only way for these Companies to continue these bad practices is for good men and women like us to do nothing. We must combine, we must share, we must make our voices strong TOGETHER!!!!
