Matthews folks- do you know if your house is on well water or city water?

Most of the area is served by Charlotte Water, but if you're in the 28104 zip on the Union County side, there's a good chance you're on well water instead. And it's not just a different bill, it means different plumbing needs entirely:

💧 Well water: watch for iron and sediment buildup, keep an eye on your pressure tank and pump, and maintain a private septic system
