Times have changed over the past 30 years in the construction industry and it is a more competitive market then ever. In 2013 Greg Lee and Jim Rutledge decided it was time to restructure/overhaul the company in many different ways for 2014. As we grow in

our industry we add employees that contribute to our success and help build our company, for that we agreed new branding was important. We have built and remodeled many homes on the stony shores of northern Michigan and this new branding is the perfect representation of that for us.
