Lots to do in so little time.
Another little 6 inch pad with #4 rebar for a water storage tank and a propane tank.
Self explanatory. Luckily rain wasn’t to bad that day.

As the holidays are approaching,
So do the family gatherings on this new patio.
We gave this area a new look and with some character!
We want to thank these homeowners for the opportunity to show them what we can do.

Lampasas Tx
23x29 patio 4 inches thick with small toe beams around the perimeter. (Per Pear Lake’s standards)
With 3/8 rebar at 18 inch centers. Expansion joint and rebar embedded to existing foundation and poly/ moisture barrier (again as per Pear Lake’s standards)
The squares are hand cut with a diamond blade at 1/4 thick and 2ft x 2ft.
It’s always joyful to hear, how it turned out better than expected.
