Last Friday, the Energy Control team came together at our Cleveland office for a company-wide Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) meeting.

We chartered a bus to bring our Perrysburg team to Cleveland, bringing 38 employees together, with experience ranging from less than one year to an impressive 41 years of service!

The day was an opportunity to:

✔️ Share updates on our company's performance and continued growth.
✔️ Discuss how each employee-owner plays a role in shaping our future success.
✔️ Reflect on Energy Control's history and the people who helped build our company.
✔️ Look ahead to exciting plans and opportunities for the future.

Of course, there was plenty of time for lunch, laughter and some great stories along the way!

📣 Energy Control is proud to announce that Marcus Nickerson has been promoted to Vice President of Service.

Since joining the team in 2013 as a summer helper cleaning boilers, Marcus has grown alongside our organization—building a strong foundation across service, parts, and aftermarket sales.

After earning his BSBA from Bowling Green State University, Marcus stepped into a full-time aftermarket sales role, where he developed deep technical knowledge and strong customer relationships across our territory.

In his new role, Marcus will lead our entire service team—including parts, aftermarket sales, and field service—continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our customers every day.
