A really productive morning with all of our crews.

Home renovation is tough work. There are a lot of moving parts, a lot of problems to solve, and good communication makes all the difference.

I’m grateful to have a team of people who care about the work they do, take pride in the finished product, and keep showing up every day to make things happen.

Big shoutout to everyone who works hard behind the scenes to keep Better Places moving forward. We couldn’t do it without you.

Proud of this team and what we’re building together.

We’re looking to buy more houses in the Kansas City area! 🏡

At Better Places LLC, we buy houses in all kinds of conditions. Whether a property needs a full renovation, has been sitting vacant, or you’re simply ready to move on, we’d be happy to take a look.

We’re especially interested in:
• Houses that need repairs or updating
• Rental properties owners are ready to sell
• Vacant or inherited properties
• Properties with structural or other challenging issues
• Houses that may not be a great fit for a traditional listing

We’re a local company with years of experience buying, renovating, and selling homes. We can evaluate the property, make a fair offer, and work toward a closing that makes sense for everyone.

If you’re a homeowner, real estate agent, landlord, or just know someone who might be looking to sell, please keep us in mind. Referrals are always appreciated.

To all the wonderful people who Facebook happens to put this post in front of — realtors, past clients, homeowners, landlords, investors, friends and neighbors — we have a small favor to ask. 🙏

Please keep Better Places in mind when you hear about someone who may be looking to sell a house.

We’re actively looking for properties in the Kansas City area, and condition does not scare us. Houses needing major repairs, inherited properties, vacant homes, tired rentals, tax issues, deferred maintenance — we’re happy to take a look.

As a local construction and real estate company, we understand these properties and can often come up with solutions that make sense without the owner having to fix everything first.

You may not have a house to sell — but you probably know someone who does.

And as always, thank you for supporting Better Places and keeping us in mind. 🙏

At Better Places, we’re not just another contractor. We aim to be a true project partner.

We understand that every renovation is an investment. Whether you’re flipping a property, preparing a rental, or improving your own home, our job is to help you make smart decisions, protect your budget, and get the most value from the project.

Our team looks beyond the construction itself. We consider timelines, holding costs, resale value, long-term maintenance, and where your renovation dollars will have the greatest impact.

With licensed general contracting, plumbing, mechanical, real estate experience, and full project management under one roof, we can help guide your project from the initial walkthrough all the way through completion and sale.

We don’t just want to complete the work. We want your entire project to succeed.

If you’re looking for a contractor who understands the bigger picture, let’s talk.

Today we celebrate 6 years of dedication and service from our colleague and friend Nick Flessner. 👏 👏 👏
He started with us when we were a smaller and much more disorganized company. He came in at the bottom of the totem pole, laying flooring, and quickly made himself known to be a valuable team mate, and leader.
He shares our values, operates with integrity, and has helped us make this business what it is today.
Nick it has been an absolute honor to see you grow in your professional and your personal life.
Thanks for being a part of our story, for your dedication to making this business a successful endeavor, and creating something that supports all of our families.
❤️ 🙏
