Bags of sawdust for comfort over gravel.
4x4s set in concrete.
All level and square
Now to level kennel panels and make up any open areas.

Turning a block basment into an Apartment per~se
Living room, bedroom and full bath.
Reccomended access panel to plumbing.
Outlets under stairway for a lamp. Twin bed
Installed RG6 coaxial for their satelite.
Dedicated circuit for 2 convection style heaters 1 bedroom 1 living space.
Flooring to be laid next week with doors hung and baseboards.
Bathroom has vanity lights plus exhaust fan, heater and light. Small shower to be set with vanity and toilet once grout dries.

Kitchen remodel
One side at a time.
Cabinets made to fit area.
Countertop tiled.
Wired in lights, recepticles, cook top and oven today.
Put an outdoor outlet for homeowner through the wall to the side deck.
Will rip out old sink and the last of the countertop around it tomorrow.
Then Set plumbing right and put a recepticle in
For a dishwasher.(much easier than hard wire).
Then start on the new cabinets.
Of course more pictures to come.

Finishing up a Full attic remodel into an Apartment.
Im happy with the layout!
L.e.d. lighting.
Full bathroom, Bedroom, large living room (16x18) & kitchenette.
interior stairs replaced with wider stairs.
Also, exterior deck and steps.
Plenty of storage space & built in cubbys.
Installed 220v heat/cool units in Living room and bedroom.
A few pixs of the flooring.
New exterior door added at deck.
All new windows.
Need to drywall finish stairs amd some trim.
More pixs to come!

Getting close to paint.
Attic remodel.
This is the bedroom with new windows,
a 220volt Heating and cooling unit installed.
Built in dresser and storage cubbies.
Closet with light & switch.
Ceiling light and plenty of outlets
Cubbie over the bed (without a head or footboard fyi) has a light & switch plus and outlet for an alarm clock or phone charger.
This is the follow up to the 2 story deck, interior stairs to attic. 16x16 living room space and full bath room on previous posts.

Yesterday we installed 2 additional lights in an attic.
Grounded 5 outlets in the living room and added an exterior porch outlet.
Switched out a living room ceiling Fan and added a light inside the foyer at the front door!
