It was brought to our attention that people have been riding 4 wheelers and side by sides on the common ground at the top of the subdivision. We are getting complaints so please do not ride in the common ground areas. We are also posting no trespassing signs at the bottom of the upper common ground. Some riders are coming from other homes not in the subdivision

Just wanted to let everyone know that street work is going to be done throughout the subdivision starting next week weather permitting. Please be cautious of the workers. There will be one lane traffic at all spots that are getting worked on.

Whoever this van belongs to needs to PLEASE stop parking on the street. Fire personnel had trouble last night because of it! There is NO STREET PARKING!! We have sent letters that have been ignored. We have had multiple complaints from home owners about it. PLEASE MOVE IT!!!

We are having some concrete work done hopefully in the next couple of weeks depending upon weather. We are fixing the big pothole on Brookview Heights street. And another area by that. Weather needs to be above 32*. Traffic will be one lane for a couple weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have been getting many complaints about the parking situation on the streets. The white van that parks the wrong way in the middle of the intersection and the camper that is parked on the street are the biggest complaints by far. There is no street parking and it is time to get boats and campers into storage!

We made contact with the construction company that is doing work in the front of the subdivision. They where very nice and said that they are tapping into the water line for the subdivision across the street. The roads will not be shut down they are boring under the road. They said that they will replace everything that they destroyed and should be done next week.
