Customer had two drop offs where the concrete ended and we're looking for a solution to get more space.

So we built two platforms to continue off of the concrete and wrap slight around the pool on each side.

The middle was left open for the customer to use as storage for pool accessories and floats.

We installed Trex Foggy Wharf decking to match up with the concrete as much as possible.

Working on a couple jobs this week.

First 4 pictures are of one of the most ridiculous things we have seen over the years. The previous contractor decided there was no need to remove the old deck and built right on top of it causing rot and standing water to pe*****te the joists for the new deck. Then to top that he said screw it and didn't stagger a single board and laid the boards down and had 3 big seams in the decking.

The last two pictures are of the new framing we built at another location as the customers wanted a couple small platforms to come off where the concrete ended so there wasn't such a large open drop off and for some extra storage.

Both projects will be using composite decking so they don't have to worry about rot or upkeep

The crew and I completed this deck refresh in two days.

We removed all the old rotted decking, removed and replaced any rot in the framing.

We then laid down Trex Saddle decking to give this old deck new life for many years to come.

The crew and I installed roughly 150' of pressure treated dog eared fencing tapered down from 6' to 4' to go across the front of the yard.
