CPPS is a growing TBI wavier company. We are currently seeking a part time Service Coordinator. This position has the ability to grow into a full time position.
CPPS is a family owned business. Our passion is caring and helping to rehabilitate TBI waiver clients. Every decision and action is focused on the needs of each individual client.

Schooling & Work history:
This position requires a bachelor degree and at least 1 year experience working with TBI.

What We Need From You!
Good organizational skills is a must! There are specific deadlines, requirements and due dates. You need to have previous knowledge of how this system works in order to understand the intricate details.
You will need to make monthly home visits.
The cases available for this specific position are in Herkimer, Oneida and Madison Counties.
