Kesler Excavation is looking to hire! Currently looking to hire an equipment operator and/or general labor . We run Topcon 3DMC, and Engcon Tilt-Rotator systems doing primarily utility trenches and installs to new homes in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas (Rigby to Shelly).
Operator will be responsible for digging trenches for utility lines, helping with install of utilities, shading lines, ensuring trenches are safe to enter/install in, identifying possible hazards and when necessary safely exposing live underground utility lines as well as sewer/water stubs, basic maintenance and up keep of equipment. Must have at least 3 years consistent seat time in excavator (residential excavation preferred but not necessary), be able to use and setup rod/laser, possess a valid drivers license and have own reliable transportation (your own vehicle, not your mom or friend dropping you off). Pay is DOE $22-$28/hr
Laborer will be responsible for installing underground utilities, assisting with asphalt and concrete preps, general macitence and upkeep of equipment and job sites. MUST possess a valid drivers license and have own reliable transportation (your own vehicle, not your mom or friend dropping you off). Pay is DOE $14-$18/hr.
positions are year round as long as the weather cooperates we have the work to keep plenty busy. Summer hours will be 40+ per week and winter hours 100% depend on weather but usually 20-40 per week.
Pay is competitive and will depend on experience.
