We have been on multiple no water calls today all but 1 was frozen. Just because its never froze before doesn't mean its not frozen this time. Please make sure you have no air gaps, have good circulating heat such as a milk house heater, and set the temperature to atleast 50 degrees in the well house incase of power outages it will give it time to get the power back on. Be careful not too get heat too close to PVC.

With the frigid temperatures coming up starting tomorrow please go out to your well house and

1.Check for air gaps even a penny size hole can freeze your lines.
2. Make sure you have adequate heat and it is atleast 50 degrees in your well house. If you set the heat at 32 and the power goes out it will just freeze.
3. Use circulating heat not just a heat bulb. Everybody always says "its never froze before"
4. Let your water drip
5. If you suspect the water is frozen shut off power to the well and give us a call
