GO VOTE! Mary-Ann Agresti architect and artist of studio The Design Initiative Inc. was invited to distribute her GO VOTE postcards at Harvard's Houghton Library The cards are printed on the studio's Vandercook No. 3 proof press. The GO VOTE project is part of the architect’s Community Studios program. Proceeds for posters and cards, in this election season, are going to Fair Elections Center an independent non-partisan, non-profit that empowers all voters with clear information about voting. Since relocating to Hyannis 16 years ago, we have been very active in assisting small business owners along Main St with grants and permitting support for all the little things it takes to make a Main St successful. Today while visiting a client I saw a new awning project and a new fence being installed as prep for the busy season - and was proud to know that we had helped these businesses get through the logistic hurdles. While the big new design moves are very important and we continue to be involved in those. A new awning or fence can make a busy season more successful and enjoyable for all. , , ,
