RCC stands for Roller Compacted Concrete. What it should stand for is rapid concrete construction.

Why? Because our crew can place 2 acres of concrete daily.

Look at this picture. Just 24 hours earlier, there was nothing but graded/prepped sand.

Now it’s solid concrete (with trucks parked on it!), getting ready for fence posts to be installed.

Fresh Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC):

This concrete is a dry, slump material, that translates into rapid production and faster project completion.

The physical properties of this material can be easily placed by a dozer or paver, and once compacted; it will achieve its strength and durability significantly faster than traditional poured concrete.

A closer look at the process. No, that's not dirt. That's concrete. It's being placed by the skid loader and will soon be rolled to achieve its strength and durability. Once the roller compacted concrete begins to dry, will it then achieve the "normal" concrete color/look.
