Account Manager – Be a Partner, Not Just a Salesperson
Priority Landscapes | Hutto, TX (serving the greater Austin area)

We’re growing, and we need another great account manager. Priority Landscapes isn’t just another landscape company, and we’re not looking for just another salesperson. We’re building
something different, and we want someone who gets that.

What you’ll do -
You’ll own a portfolio of existing commercial accounts and find smart ways to do more for
them–cross-selling enhancements and proposing real landscape solutions that fit what clients actually need, not generic services. About seventy percent of your week is in the field with
clients; the other thirty is in the office managing your accounts in Aspire, our business management platform. Experience with Aspire is preferred.

Who we’re looking for -
What matters most to us is who you are. We want someone outgoing, relational, and genuinely
humble–someone driven by more than a paycheck, whether that’s family, faith, growth, or
whatever pushes you. That tells us who you are.
• 3+ years of account management or client relationship experience preferred (landscaping
or commercial service industry a bonus)
• Experience with Aspire preferred (or a similar landscape/field-service management platform)
• Strong people skills and a natural ability to build trust
• Someone hungry to grow, humble enough to learn, and committed to doing things the right way
• Values family, integrity, and building genuinely strong relationships

What we offer -
• Base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus commission bringing total earnings up to $110,000

We're looking for a well-rounded team player who enjoys a variety of enhancement work and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. This position isn't limited to one specialty. Whether you're installing rock one day, repairing irrigation the next, or helping raise tree canopies, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in transforming landscapes.
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
🪨 Rock installation
💧 Drainage installation & repairs
💦 Irrigation/Sprinkler installation & repairs
🌳 Basic tree trimming (raising tree canopies)
We're looking for someone who is eager to continue learning, expand their skill set, and become a valuable, well-rounded member of our Enhancement Team.

📅 Monday – Thursday
🕡 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.:
🌱 Lawn mowing & edging
✂️ String trimming and pruning
🌳 Tree & shrub trimming
🌿 Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
💧 Irrigation/Sprinkler installation & repairs
🚿 Watering and fertilizing landscapes
🪏 Digging, raking, and general landscape maintenance
🧱 Installation of mortarless segmental concrete retaining wall systems
We're looking for someone who is eager to continue learning, expand their skills, and become a valuable member of our Maintenance Team.
Work Schedule
