ARRIVAL & STAGING
🚧Enter from 23rd Street (via Plum St. or Roundabout) → Lot C Staging Route on map).
In Lot C:
STAGING LOT will NOT open till Wednesday Sept. 9th at 9pm.
Traffic staff will mark each trailer with species.
Drivers will receive a hang tag with their contact number.
Tack Only trailers will enter the staging lot the same way but will be directed to the north side of Will Call in Lot C.
đź“ŁRelease for Tack Only will differ: they will be released onto Plum and then to Crescent as unloading space allows.
📣Entry with Tack or Goats – Thursday ONLY Gate 1 will be open for tack and goat traffic only. You will be staying on 20th Street and should use Gate 9 for your exit.
🚧Unloading Instructions – Gate 11 Entrance
📣Entry with Tack or Goats – Thursday ONLY Gate 1 will be open for tack and goat traffic only. You will be staying on 20th Street and should use Gate 9 for your exit.
Once cleared, proceed to Gate 11.
You will have 30 minutes to unload animals and supplies.
Trailers must be removed from the grounds immediately after unloading.
Important Reminders:
A hang tag is required to enter the grounds.
Gates will not open before 8:00 AM.
Do not wait with tack only outside Gate 11. Violators are subject to being ticketed
When exiting Gate 10, turn LEFT only. 🚨 NO RIGHT TURNS.
