Challenging Project. Tight Timeline. Quality Results.

This 4,500-square-foot project at a cheese processing plant required heavy removal of recently installed coatings that had begun to fail—all within a demanding three-day schedule.

With a large, coordinated crew and specialized removal equipment, our team was able to prepare the surface and complete the new flooring system on time and within budget.

The new system consisted of ¼-inch urethane cement with angular sand for added traction, finished with PIP’s 2000 UR urethane topcoat for long-lasting protection and performance.

When schedules are tight and conditions are challenging, having the right people, equipment, and experience makes all the difference.

This 2,000-square-foot project came with a challenge: a highly congested workspace that required careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail every step of the way.

Thanks to great collaboration between Mayo Clinic, the GC, and our foreman Lukasz, the Pro Maintenance crew delivered an outstanding finished product. The team installed ¼-inch urethane cement with a specialized media blend for added traction, followed by PIP’s 2000 UR topcoat.

The result? A floor that looks almost as smooth as a hangar floor while providing the durability and traction the space demands.

Projects like this showcase what great planning, skilled craftsmanship, and teamwork can accomplish.

Built for nonstop use in a demanding environment.

The Pro Maintenance team recently completed approximately 6,000 square feet of flooring in Walmart’s truck wash bays. This facility washes the exterior of each truck while also cleaning and disinfecting the inside of the trailers, helping maintain cleanliness throughout the transportation process.

The flooring system included 3/8-inch-thick urethane cement with specialized angular sand, followed by two coats of polyaspartic topcoat. It was designed to withstand the chemicals, hot water, steam, and constant traffic generated by the washing equipment.

The floor may look a little dirty in these photos, but that is because the bays are already being used around the clock. Most importantly, the system is performing as intended and holding up to the demanding conditions.

Built to perform in a multi-use facility.

The Pro Maintenance team recently completed approximately 6,000 square feet of polished concrete at the Willmar Armory. After polishing the floor, our crew installed professional basketball court line markings to support the facility’s athletic use.

With the space serving multiple purposes, including drills, training, sports, and community activities, the finished floor needed to be durable, easy to clean, and provide excellent slip resistance.

The result is a clean, professional floor designed to handle the demands of this busy government facility for years to come.

Another 5,500-square-foot flooring project completed by the Pro Maintenance team.

This remodel presented several challenges, including existing adhesive, concrete patches, staining, multiple rooms, and a large amount of detailed edge work. The facility also needed to remain operational throughout the project.

Using our state-of-the-art dust control equipment and careful project planning, we were able to complete the work while minimizing disruption to their daily operations.

We recently partnered with one of Minnesota’s largest companies to address a specialized area where strong chemicals create the potential for dangerous reactions if exposed to static discharge.

At an egg processing facility, our team recently completed a long stretch of concrete repair—nearly 100 feet in length—damaged by heavy equipment and chemical exposure.
