I have been a licensed wood floor contractor for 37 years. My work ethic motto is "floors that last a lifetime". I can deliver on that promise by exceeding all the installation and finishing specifications that guarantees my clients a bullet proof warranty by the manufacturers. All sanding jobs deploy dustless vacuum systems to each sanding machine. Please request my referral list of builders, designers and contractors that I have worked with for decades.

July 2026: I added new flooring to this existing floor in St George. Finished with a non yellowing water base epoxy polyurethane.

June 2026: This client had a large Red Oak floor with that dated hand scraping with deep beveled edges with a yellowing polyurethane applied. They wanted the floor sanded flat without bevels and scraping and a new non yellowing polyurethane applied.

June 2025: This client wanted to change the color of the floor in the home they recently bought. It had water damage in the past and was sanded too early so the floor boards ended up warped in a crowning position. I sanded it as flat as possible and stained it Dark Walnut with a matt oil base polyurethane. The homeowners were very pleased with the results.

May 2025: A large refinish of Red Oak with non yellowing epoxy polyurethane. Most of my clients no longer want the yellowing effect of oil base polyurethane.

March 2025: I refinished this Brazilian Cherry floor due to early wear issues. Floors should not show wear at 8 years. This floor did not get enough coats of polyurethane in the original finishing process. I refinished this floor with a clear stain to add years to this floor plus three coats of oil base polyurethane. One more coat than the existing floor originally. Now it will last 20 years.

February 2025: I installed new 3/4" x 2 1/4" Number 1 Common Red Oak in this rental property in St George, Utah. The existing floor was in good shape so I only sanded and finished the new flooring. The two floors will match in one year.
