Angell Heights house update:

We poured the foundation for the home the end of February. There's only one day between the snowy photos and the non snowy photos. Good thing we poured when we did because the following week it rained almost everyday for the next month or so!

One of our projects in Blue Heron Estates of Washington Utah is finished and listed on the market for sale, waiting for its new family to make it their forever home!

I would say this is one of our favorite homes we've designed, but then I'd be lying. It's hard picking just one when you love them all! 😍

Our dream of having one of our homes featured in the St George Parade of Homes is still becoming a reality. Last year we had one home in the parade. This year we had two! Here is one of the two homes. In this home we incorporated a clerestory to bring in more natural light, a bowling alley as a fun little extra and tall ceilings in the main room. We absolutely love the way it turned out! 😍

These guys worked hard and did amazing getting the foundation ready for concrete! They lined up the rebar, tied the rebar, and insulated some of the pipe fittings, amongst other things. Looks like artwork from here. 😊

How many designers / engineers actually have hands on experience in building a home?? We do!! 🙌🏽 I don't think very many can say they do. They probably know how a house goes together, but knowing something and actually experiencing it are two completely different things.

We're building another home (not our first) right now and we're making it a family affair any chance we get. Teaching them while they're young so they can build a home of their own someday too. 🏡
