Just finished a set of prints for an add-on at D & D Smith Winery. They have been approved by the architect and have been submitted for review. I will be adding them to the page soon so that you all can see them!

if anyone needs some house prints done in the local area, let me know. I can draw them up to your specs, create everything an architect would need to stamp it, have him stamp it, and you'll be on your merry way for about 2/3 the normal price (or less). Don't wait to have your custom house drawn up and approved by an architect, this could be one heck of a Christmas gift! p.s. some county's don't even require you to have an architects stamp of approval thus costing you even less!

so, not many people have followed or liked the page, which is fine, it all takes time, but... would anyone wish to see my work in progress? i am currently designing a house, hopefully my next house. it is a more upbeat/new-age cabin style self sustaining house that i currently plan to have built by the woods in seclusion from the hustle and bustle of everyday life; my perfect little spot.

Definition of exactly what i do: I am not certified to do Engineering or Architectural drawings, however i do not need to be. Generally, I am the design (the overall layout) and thought process drawings before the Main Plan, however, if your township does not have any certification restrictions, like many numerous local townships do not, i can, not only design and lay out the entire work site, but i can do the finished plans that are used to build from!

ok ok, so i have just started this page to try and help promote my abilities. I can make you blueprints of anything you want, of course it'l cost ya, but far less than those guys with overhead and multiple employees. If your township does not have any restrictions as far as certification, then we are already rockin and rollin. As far as my abilities, ive done several simple & average houses (pieces and parts of each), just finished an entire hangar layout (utilities and full layout). My job allows me to be familiar with the processes of pre-construction. I can also make drawings of cabinets, picnic tables, etc, anything that you need specifications on, i can do.
