🌟 **Important Announcement: Update to Our Payment Policy** 🌟
Dear valued customers and friends,
We hope this message finds you well. At Moeding Custom Rails and Fence, we have always strived to provide top-notch fencing solutions while building strong relationships with our community. It is with a heavy heart that we find ourselves needing to make a change to our business process due to recent challenges with a customer's nonpayment of services.
After careful consideration, we have decided to implement a new payment policy to better protect our small, family-owned business. Effective immediately, all new fencing projects will require a signed agreement and a payment structure as follows:
1. **Initial Payment:** Half of the total quoted price will be due upfront before we order any materials. This allows us to secure the necessary resources for your project.
2. **Progress Payment:** Another half of the remaining balance will be due when we commence work on your fence. This ensures a fair distribution of payments throughout the project.
3. **Final Payment:** The remaining balance will be due just before the completion of the project, before the last piece of the fence is installed.
We understand that this change may seem sudden, but unfortunately, recent experiences with non-payment have made it necessary for us to take these steps. We believe that this new policy will help us maintain the level of quality and service that you have come to expect from our company.
