Before you dive into your remodeling journey, we want to be real with you—because honesty and preparation make all the difference in a smooth experience.
1. Expect the Unexpected
Remodels rarely go exactly as planned. Hidden issues behind walls or under floors can pop up, and yes—your home life will be a little disrupted. It’s an invasion of your privacy for a short while, but we promise it’s worth it in the end.
2. Timelines Are Flexible
Weather, shipping delays, and other factors beyond our control can shift timelines. We’ll give you the best estimate we can, but dates aren’t set in stone.
3. Changes and Add-Ons Add Time and Cost
Whether it’s a mid-project change or a last-minute “while you’re here” addition, just know that it may extend the schedule and increase the cost. We’re happy to roll with the changes—just expect a little flexibility to go with them.
4. We Start Early
Our crew kicks off the day at 7 AM. We know it’s early, but it helps us stay on schedule and make the most of each day.
5. We Respect Your Space
We go above and beyond to keep your home as clean as possible during the process. Dust containment is a priority, but in all honesty—it’s tough to keep it all in one spot.
