Customer was in a pinch, headed out of town for work and the AC was not working!! They asked if we could take care of the unit before getting back into town and of course we made it happen. 10 year manufacturer’s part warranty and a new unit blowing snowballs out of the vents!

Wrapping up this rough-in on a 1.5-ton split heat pump! The customer had some questions about whether a mini split or central system would be the best option for their new addition. After discussing the options, we determined this system was the best fit for their space and needs. Now they can enjoy their new addition with peace of mind, knowing their new equipment is backed by a 10-year warranty.

Upgrade!!

This customer called us because their AC wasn’t cooling. After diagnosing the system, we found the evaporator coil had a leak.

We discussed the repair versus replacement options, and because the system was older and out of warranty, the customer decided a new system was the better long-term investment. They now have a new system backed by a 10-year parts warranty and the peace of mind of knowing it was installed by a licensed and insured HVAC contractor.

As soon as we were finished, the homeowner said, “I haven’t felt my AC blow like that ever!”
