This isn't a second career for anyone on this team. Blake's mom has worked with 10-15 builders in Huntsville and has nearly 50 years in the real estate industry. Blake and Matt grew up together; both raised around construction and small business ownership. They started Webster Homes the hard way (self-funded, 20-hour days, and muddy boots).

I also grew up in a real estate family and got my license in 2005, not long after graduating college.

Matt and Blake didn't fall into this business. They (we all) grew up in it.

Your Christmas tree lit in a corner with wrapped gifts surrounding it...in your new home. 🤗 That scene can really happen. But we should talk very soon.

Any house that we currently have on the ground can close by the end of the year. Our neighborhood available homes run about 30 days from contract to close. There's still time, but the window is closing.

We offer 3 types of new construction homes:
🏡 pre-sale (You visit one of our 3 neighborhoods and choose your lot. From there, we meet with you to design your home from the great plans we offer and then get to building it.)
🏡 move-in ready (This home is already built and available for purchase. Some customization is allowed and even encouraged. But the goal for most buyers is to move in with no fuss or muss.)
🏡 custom built (You purchase a piece of property or inherit one and want to design every aspect of your home from the floor plan to the crown molding.)

You should know who's building your home. So meet Blake, Matt, and me (Amy), the owner-operators and Realtor/sales manager behind Webster Homes.

Blake and Matt grew up together in Hazel Green. They come from entrepreneurial families and have been around real estate most of their lives. I'm a Huntsville native with a similar upbringing. I watched my mother lead (then-named) Enfinger-Steele Development and take on leadership roles in the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association.

It's safe to say that home building is in our blood.
