How has it been nearly a year since the Marriott Autograph Trilogy opened?!

This 8-story, 150,000-sq-ft hotel includes 215 guest rooms, a rooftop restaurant & bar, a full-service restaurant on the main floor, an exercise room, and 5,000 sq ft of event space.

The Frank J. Williams Boys & Girls Club of North Alabama opened last October, and its state-of-the-art facility will serve over a thousand children annually.

We worked alongside the Boys & Girls Club and Silo Design Build to renovate this 56,000 sq. ft. former church into the Club's new home. Construction finished in October 2025, and the first members arrived in January.

Meet Shelton Patterson, Senior Project Manager, here at JSB.

His proudest JSB project? Memorial Village — a tough job they took over from a defaulted contractor and brought back on track after months of hard work.

The advice that guides him? "The hardest part is finishing. Follow through. Don't leave things undone."

Outside of work, Shelton recharges on the slopes — skiing with a family crew of nine, including siblings, nieces, and nephews, for their favorite vacation of the year.

Proud to have team members like Shelton who bring that same finish-strong mindset to every job site.

Back-to-school season has us thinking about all the ways learning happens in Huntsville.

JS Building Company recently completed construction on the Sawan Space Institute, an applied research facility advancing space and aerospace technology right here in the Rocket City. From the striking stone-and-glass exterior to interior spaces designed for collaboration and discovery, including a signature walnut-and-glass staircase and a gathering room anchored by a dramatic gas fireplace. The Center for Eye Surgery was designed and built with one goal in mind, creating a space where patients receive outstanding care and providers have a facility that works just as hard as they do. From the first day on site to the final walkthrough, our team focused on quality, attention to detail, and delivering a project everyone could be proud of.

We are excited to partner with Neighborhood Concepts, Inc. once again on an impactful new project for our community!

Over the next year, our team will be working hard to build 42 affordable apartment units on Venona Ave in North Huntsville.

Please excuse our progress as we get to work—we are aiming to position Neighborhood Concepts to welcome families home by the end of the first quarter of 2027!

||: Project Complete :|| Ophthamology Eye Surgery Center

We just wrapped up our second project in the Madison Medical Park this year, and before the ink was even dry on the final paperwork, they were already moving in and setting up to serve their patients! Helping healthcare providers build the spaces they need to care for and impact our community is always an honor.

Thank you to our clients for trusting us with your vision, and to our incredible team and partners for pushing this across the finish line.
