We wrapped up Call Center Appreciation Week yesterday with a whole lot of CAS pride and a little extra love! 💙🤍

Our crew showed up in their CAS gear for Team Spirit Day, and we closed out the week with Fill Your Bucket Friday, where everyone gathered for some meaningful gifts and a reminder of just how appreciated they are.

All week long, we’ve celebrated the voices behind the phones, the people keeping things moving, and the team that shows up for our customers and each other every single day.

To our Call Center team: We hope this week filled your buckets as much as you fill ours. You deserve every bit of the recognition, laughter, and love.

We couldn't do what we do without you! 💙🪣

Lights, camera, CALL CENTER! 🌟🎬

Yesterday, our Call Center Appreciation Week crew rolled out the red carpet for a day of Hollywood glam! Everyone dressed for their starring role… well, almost everyone. Apparently, Ashley didn't get the memo. 🫠

The real highlight was celebrating our incredible team by presenting them with special awards and thank-you gifts! Each recognition was a reminder of the hard work, dedication, humor, and heart these folks bring to our company every single day.

They may not be walking the red carpet in Hollywood, but they're definitely celebrities around here! 💙

☕ Cozy Coffee Shop Wednesday was brewing up a good time!

Our Call Center crew traded their usual work attire for cozy cardigans, fall colors, and coffee shop vibes yesterday!

They enjoyed a delicious potluck, drinks from 7 Brew, and some well-deserved time celebrating together.

A little caffeine, a lot of good food, and a whole lot of appreciation for the people who keep things running behind the scenes! ❤️

Yesterday’s Call Center Appreciation Week theme was Floral Day, and our team understood the assignment! 🌸🌼

Presley may have taken the prize for commitment after showing up with a hedge trimmer and a topiary. Because apparently, dressing like a gardener wasn’t enough. 😂

The team created a flower wall where everyone could leave kind words for one another, spreading a little appreciation while watching the compliments bloom!

We love any excuse to celebrate our amazing call center crew and all the personality, laughter, and hard work they bring to CAS every day!

Some traditions are just too good not to catch on. 💅

Yesterday, we kicked off Call Center Appreciation Week with a CAS original: Muumuu Monday! A longstanding tradition around here, although this year, we decided on pajamas, since we didn't think Jeremy would have a muumuu to wear. Can't let our guy feel left out!

We also threw a little astrology into the mix with personalized birth charts for the team. Because apparently answering the phones isn't enough. We're consulting the stars now, too. ✨

All jokes aside, our call center is the heartbeat of so much of what we do. They juggle the phones, the schedules, the unexpected, and everything in between, often making the impossible look easy. We're incredibly grateful for this crew and hope they enjoy every ridiculous, well-deserved minute of their themed celebrations this week!

🎉 CASiversary Alert! 🎉

Since 2008, Collin has been the person we turn to when a job leaves everyone else scratching their heads. Smart, resourceful, and able to build just about anything, he brings an incredible range of skills to CAS. If there’s a way to make it work, Collin will figure it out.

He also sets the bar high, especially for himself. “Good enough” isn’t in his vocabulary, and he takes real pride in getting the details right. That commitment carries into teaching others, too. Collin is generous with his knowledge and wants the people learning from him to care about their craftsmanship as much as he does.

Outside of work, you’ll find him climbing or competing with his pool team, whose success takes them to tournaments in Las Vegas and Florida throughout the year. He’s actually in Florida competing right now! 🎱

And while he can build just about anything, a phone or computer might still give him a run for his money. 😂

Collin, thank you for 18 years of solving the tough problems, sharing what you know, and putting so much care into your work. We’re grateful to have you on our team. Happy CASiversary, and good luck at the tournament! 💙

More than 110 bouquets, each carrying a reminder: you are seen, appreciated, and loved. 💐

We were proud to sponsor the Mommy Love Foundation's Bloom Bar event, which brought flowers and a little joy to moms in the Well Baby and NICU units at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children.

Thank you to the Mommy Love team, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this happen. Supporting the families in our community means so much to us, and we’re grateful to have played a small part. 💛

🎉 CASiversary Alert! 🎉

Greg has been part of the CAS family since 2008, and over the years, he’s become one of those people you simply know you can count on.

He takes a lot of pride in his work and does a great job on every changeout. He shows up, works hard, doesn’t complain, and brings a level of consistency that means a lot to the people around him. He’s dependable, steady, and always willing to do what needs to be done.

But Greg is also so much more than the work he does. He is a VERY proud PopPop, and family always comes first. He loves to fish, loves football, and during football season, you can count on him cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons.

He also has one of the best laughs around, and we’d be leaving out an important Greg fact if we didn’t mention that he somehow always smells ridiculously good. 😂

Greg, thank you for the years of hard work, loyalty, consistency, and pride you’ve brought to CAS. We appreciate everything you do, and we’re incredibly glad to have you as part of this team.
