Since joining the CAS family in 2021, Eric has made a lasting impression on everyone around him. He is one of those genuinely kind, warmhearted people who can brighten a room simply by walking into it. No matter what the day brings, Eric can almost always be counted on for a cheerful mood, a positive attitude, and a friendly smile.

Outside of work, Eric is a devoted husband and father, a proud animal lover, and an active member of his church. His faith is not something he simply talks about. It is reflected in the way he lives, treats people, and consistently leads with kindness, compassion, and integrity.

Eric’s joyful spirit and sincere heart make him an incredibly special part of our team. We are grateful for the warmth he brings to CAS and even more grateful to have known and worked alongside him for the past five years.

Some people spend years trying to figure out what they want to do. Kris knew from an early age that he wanted to become an HVAC technician, and he has brought that sense of purpose to his work here at CAS since joining us in 2024.

Born and raised in New York City, Kris may have big-city roots, but his personality is quiet, sincere, and remarkably easygoing. He is soft-spoken, big-hearted, and gets along with just about everyone. He doesn’t need to be the loudest person in the room to make an impression. His character and the quality of his work speak for him.

Kris gives every job 100% and has earned a reputation for being trustworthy and dependable. Commercial maintenance requires consistency, attention to detail, and a willingness to do the work that keeps our clients’ systems operating reliably. He brings those qualities to the job every day.

Gary joined the CAS family back in 2008, which means he has spent nearly two decades showing us what hard work, commitment, and perseverance look like. As a retired member of the military, Gary brings discipline and a get-it-done attitude to everything he takes on. He doesn’t shy away from a difficult job. In fact, give Gary a challenge, and there’s a good chance he’ll enjoy figuring it out more than he would something easy.

Gary is also a former German Shepherd breeder, so he knows a little something about patience and handling strong personalities. Fortunately, that experience translates pretty well around here.

A lot has changed since 2008, but Gary’s work ethic and willingness to tackle whatever is put in front of him have remained constant. Eighteen years is a remarkable milestone, and we’re grateful for everything he has contributed to CAS along the way.

As our Commercial Service Dispatcher, Randy is the person connecting our commercial clients, technicians, and everything happening behind the scenes. He cares about the people we serve and does everything he can to make sure they receive top-notch service. Our clients love him, and after 11 years, many of them know Randy by name and trust that he will take care of them.

Outside of work, Randy is rarely sitting still. He enjoys yard work, home repairs, and fixing just about anything that needs fixing. He’s also a wonderful cook, and everyone at CAS knows it. His grilled chicken has become a cookout staple, and if Randy doesn’t cook, the disappointment is immediate and company-wide. No pressure, Randy, but morale is apparently tied directly to whether your chicken is on the menu.

Randy is also a devoted Alabama and Pittsburgh Steelers football fan, a Pink Floyd enthusiast, and a Thursday-night bowling regular. However, his most important role may be serving as Big Papa to his cat, Betsy, who we can safely assume supervises the yard work, home repairs, and cooking.

For 11 years, Randy has brought experience, dedication, and genuine care to CAS. He works hard, takes pride in serving our clients well, and has built relationships that mean far more than any job title could capture. We are incredibly grateful to have him on our team.

Happy 11-year CASiversary, Randy! Here’s to many more years of great service, home projects, football, bowling, good food, and doing whatever Betsy says.

Aaron is about as easygoing as they come. No matter what is happening around him, he never seems rattled, rushed, or overly worked up. He simply takes things as they come, handles what needs to be handled, and keeps moving forward. That calm, steady presence is something the people around him can always count on.

A country boy at heart, Aaron is down-to-earth, dependable, and always willing to help someone who needs it. His Christian faith is an important part of who he is, and he lives it through the way he treats others and believes in lending a hand whenever he can.

Outside of work, Aaron is a family man with two kids. Whether he is taking care of his family, helping someone else, or simply bringing his steady nature to the workday, Aaron is the kind of person who makes things a little easier for everyone around him.

For the last four years, Gino has brought plenty of personality, intelligence, and an impressive willingness to work.

Gino used to play football in high school. Maybe that’s where he developed his team-first mindset and willingness to step up, because he certainly hasn’t left either one behind. When overtime is available, Gino regularly volunteers to put in the extra hours. He doesn’t just say he’s willing to work hard. He proves it.

Gino is smart, gets along well with the guys, and has found his place within the crew. He brings a lot to the team, and his willingness to keep showing up and giving more has not gone unnoticed.

Then there are the details that make Gino unmistakably Gino. He’s a proud California native, has a serious appreciation for clementines, and somehow maintains some of the best hair at CAS. We’re not sure which of those accomplishments he’s most proud of, but the hair deserves recognition either way. 🍊

Gino, we appreciate the time, effort, and energy you continue to give to CAS. We’re glad you’re part of our team and look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you.

Frank has been working in the trades since 2020, but before entering the trade, he was a farmer, so hard work, long days, and solving problems as they come are nothing new to him. If there were ever a career path designed to prove someone isn’t afraid to work, going from farming to the skilled trades would probably be it.

Originally from California, Frank is a dedicated family man. He and his wife have two daughters and a son, and their family is currently growing with another little one on the way! His faith is also an important part of his life, and he previously spent time doing mission work.

That heart for people carries into who Frank is at work. He’s funny, genuine, and one of those people who is easy to talk to from the start. Whether he’s helping solve a problem, sharing what he knows, or making someone laugh during a long day, Frank brings both experience and personality to our team.

Outside of work, Frank loves to cook and play video games. At the end of a long day, he also enjoys the modern form of relaxation we all know a little too well: doom-scrolling until he has absolutely no idea how much time has passed.
