Water leak damaged Sheetrock. Personalize the racks to fit clothes in. Sheetrock repair and paint.
Fence was down. Replace 4by4 post and paint.
Front door was sagging and missing hardware. Ordered the correct hardware/installed and adjusted door to shut and operate correctly.

Ms. Grumbles and I have been doing business together for over 5 years. Her 1st words every phone call is ā€¦. ā€œIā€™m not dead yetā€. Sheā€™s as feisty as they come. Also the best story teller!
