🌿 Now Hiring: Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader 🌿

Join the team at PowerScapes! We’re looking for a dependable, experienced leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality landscaping and hardscape work while leading a crew to success.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
As a Landscape Foreman, you will:
• Lead and manage a landscaping crew on job sites
• Oversee flower bed renovations and full landscape installations
• Perform and supervise hardscaping (pavers, stonework, retaining walls, etc.)
• Install outdoor lighting systems
• Handle dirt excavation, grading, and site prep
• Install French drains and drainage systems
• Read and execute landscape designs and plans
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of landscaping or construction experience
• Previous leadership or crew leader experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to lead by example
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, etc.) is a plus

⏰ Schedule:
• Fall & Winter: 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts)
• Spring & Summer: 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts)
• Overtime available during peak season (not guaranteed)
