65-Year-Old Pine Tree Removal with Crane in Huntington Beach! 🌲🏗️

Big trees require big equipment and even bigger planning! Our crew recently tackled the removal of a massive 65-year-old pine tree in Huntington Beach that had outgrown its space and extended over a city floodway.

With large limbs hanging over the floodway, we brought in a crane to carefully lift and maneuver heavy sections of the tree into a designated landing area. Due to the tree’s location along a busy street, a temporary lane closure was necessary to safely position our equipment and complete the removal.

From coordinating traffic control to executing precision crane lifts, every step required careful planning, teamwork, and attention to safety.

25 Large Trees Removed for a Cerritos HOA Community

One big project from start to finish! Our crew recently completed the removal of 25 large, mature trees—including pine and eucalyptus trees using the Vermeer Industrial AX17 and the CTX 100 on site —for an HOA community in Cerritos.
Working in a busy residential community meant careful planning, controlled removals, and a strong focus on protecting surrounding homes, landscaping, and common areas. Each tree was safely dismantled piece by piece, with our experienced crew managing everything from large limbs to heavy trunks.

After the final tree was removed, we cleaned up the site and left the community ready for its next phase.

Large Pine Tree Removal with Crane in Huntington Beach 🚧

This large 65-year-old pine had outgrown its space and was extending over a city floodway, leading the homeowner to have the tree removed before it created further clearance and maintenance concerns.

Because of the tree’s size and location, our crew brought in a crane to safely lift large limbs over the floodway and lower them into a controlled landing area. With the tree positioned alongside a busy street, a lane closure was also required to safely accommodate the crane, equipment, and crew.
