🔨🔨WARNING🔨🔨

What your about to witness is a full scale remodel of an older home. Added a new addition, upgraded literally about everything besides the bones. What a great experience to work right alongside our owner to get her exactly what her dreams entailed.

A few examples you can see of her custom touches were:

Master bedroom: custom matched sill to the barn door. We made both the sill and barndoor right in our sawmill/workshop. Same species, same stain.

Addition ceiling: custom nicklegap pine tounge and groove whitewashed exactly to her desire. We invited her down to our paint booth and stained until it was perfectly what she wanted. Not to white, still see some wood color. Everyone ended up loving it!!!

We take great pride in turning something into something amazing.

🔥🔥 WAIT 🔥🔥

You mean to tell me McGraw Contracting builds LOG HOMES?!

Oh, we sure do… and we LOVE it!!!! We’ve been keeping this quiet for years, until now!

We’re finally at the point where we have wonderful superintendents, an amazing field crew, and incredible office management and support, allowing us to efficiently manage multiple stick-built homes with ease and precision. (Our bread and butter!)

🖤🖤GARAGE!!!!!🖤🖤
James Creek, pa
If you desire a beautiful thoughtful custom built to match your personality and property, we are the ones to call. We are not your "slap it up" square tin box builder who leave you dealing with everything else to achieve a final product. We want you to pay once then enjoy for a lifetime, and feel good about it everytime you look at it.

We were so excited to work with this owner, they wanted to build the garage first so they have a place to store all their stuff while we tear down the existing house and build new. Just left our custom design consultation now that the garage is done, and can't wait until monday morning to get started brainstorming!!!!
