Gary was a long time tenant of ours running his high end auto upholstery shop. Always working on something interesting and had no problem taking the time to explain a cars history. Our thoughts are with his family and friends. We will miss him.

After a VERY LONG and drawn out waiting period, our new shop facility is FINALLY starting. 5000 sq. ft. shop with 3 bay doors. Something we have been dreaming about for over 3 years is now coming together. Exciting day for Schenk properties.

Today we are upgrading new warehouse windows for LD automotive. After 50+ years, the old metal frames had it. Window frames were upgraded to aluminum with thermopane UV tinted glass. Thank you to our friends at peerless window and glass for helping us out.

Additional office space construction for our friends over at Shapiro fire protection. Second level unused mezzanine converted into two large offices with storage. More progression photos to come.
