If you’re asking me “How much does this backyard cost?” in the comments — shoot me a DM or give me a call instead. 📲

I’m not going to publicly post what my clients spend on their homes and backyards. I just don’t think that’s fair to them, and honestly, it’s my responsibility to protect that privacy. 🤝

That said… in today’s market, a basic quality pool project is easily $100k+ by the time permits, excavation, decking, equipment, landscaping, drainage, etc. are all handled correctly.

Now when you’re looking at the full-blown A.D.K. stunners we post all the time… those are different animals entirely. 🐘🔥
$150k • $180k • $250k+ resort-style outdoor living projects are very real numbers.

And yeah… some people will say:
“Jamie, you guys are expensive.”

You’re right. We are. 😎

🏊‍♂️🔥 Hey folks, here we are in the production phase of another beautiful backyard transformation!

As you can see, the tile & coping are officially complete and this pool is already looking absolutely incredible. We went with these larger format 6x12 waterline tiles instead of the standard 6x6 — and this rich blue color is going to POP once the plaster goes in. 😮‍💨💙

We also installed one of my all-time favorite pavers — River Silver. These things blend beautifully with just about everything:
✅ Plaster colors
✅ Coping choices
✅ Modern home designs
✅ Outdoor living spaces

Super clean. Super timeless. 🔥

You’ll also notice the auto cover system integrated right into the beam of the pool. The tile sits underneath and the coping caps over the top — so when you’re inside the pool, this is the finished look you’ll always see. Sleek, functional, and worth every penny. 👌
