A long walkway leading to the home’s entrance had 13 sections that had settled severely…3 inches and more in some areas.

This one took a lot of back-and-forth adjustments to carefully lift and level each section, but we got it there.

The difference is HUGE. It looks better, feels better, and provides a much safer, more level walkway to the front door.

Don’t overlook critical pool deck maintenance. It could save you thousands of dollars in the long run.

If you’re noticing uneven areas, sinking, or cracking around your pool, don’t wait until the problem gets worse.

Call us at the first sign, and we’ll come take a look, explain what’s happening, and let you know what your options are.

The longer you wait, the more the concrete can settle and shift. What starts as a small issue can turn into larger cracks, movement, or damage that may not be repairable. And once we lift a severely settled slab, those small hairline cracks can open up and become much more noticeable.

The first sign is the best time to act. For your pool deck, your property, and your wallet.

The problem: pooling water at the corner of driveway became so severe, water started leaking into basement. After investigation, driveway corner had settled as evident by homeowner repairing gap between driveway and house with sealant. When the driveway settled, it created the gap and cracking of the concrete. When drilling a hole through the concrete, an 8” void was present most likely due to water erosion.

The solution: filled the cavity with high-density polyurethane foam to provide subsurface support and lift the concrete slab. As a result of lifting, the gap between the slab and concrete drive was eliminated naturally by the concrete going back to where it initially was.

The backside of this pool deck was sinking because it was filled in with excavated dirt from the pool shell. Over several years it slightly settled and started to crack. We took the long narrow back section and were able to support the deck with high-density polyurethane foam. Also leveling up slab to remove the trip hazard so we’ve got a permanent repair.

We came to stabilize and lift this garage with severe settlement approximately 2 to 4 inches at various places. You can see the signs that a previous company years ago that came in and attempted to repair but with very lightweight foam and it just didn’t last. They also made a mess so we came in filled the void, stabilized and lifted back to the original witness line. We also used our Acculift deep injection underneath the stairs, to reach foam 3 to 5 feet beneath the stairs. The stairs had also settled making it hazardous trip hazard when someone’s coming into the garage from the house so we lifted the stairs to where they needed to be as well.

The section of the driveway was sinking because rainwater was draining right underneath the slab. Evident by it sinking creating an uneven surface. We were able to fill the 8”void and lift it back to where it should be so will be safe to drive on again.
