Today, we observed our Thanksgiving lunch with our esteemed team members, a tradition we initiated two years ago when Tristen McMillan joined our team. He introduced us to the potluck Thanksgiving lunch, which has become an integral part of our team's culture. We savored an array of delectable dishes prepared by each team member. We also took the opportunity to celebrate Duane Cannon's remarkable thirty years of service at Maco Construction. His exemplary leadership and unwavering dedication are truly commendable. We feel fortunate to have him as our President and Co-owner. We expressed our gratitude for his invaluable contributions to Maco Construction. I extend my sincere appreciation to our entire team for making this Thanksgiving lunch a memorable occasion. I wish God's blessings upon each and every individual involved.

We acknowledged a major achievement today as Patty Bailey celebrated 31 years of devoted service to Maco Construction. Our team admires and affectionately refers to her as 'Work Mom.' We value her tireless efforts and look forward to her sustained care for the office. Patty's unwavering commitment has created a lasting impact on her loved ones. Thank you, Patty, from all of us!

To God Be the Glory. We successfully poured the slab for the Pleasant Hills Children's Home new Dining Hall. We were fortunate to have ideal weather conditions. Credit is due to Our Team and our exceptional Subcontractors who made this achievement possible. God is indeed Good!
