🏠 Another Roof Transformation by Doherty Customs!

Check out this recently completed roof replacement featuring GAF Timberline HDZ® Slate Algae Resistant High Definition Shingles.

This home has a seriously complex roofline, and our crew tackled every peak, valley, turret, and transition with the attention to detail it deserves. The finished Slate shingles complement the character of the home beautifully — and that ocean backdrop isn’t too bad either! 🌊

At Doherty Customs, we take pride in doing the job right and delivering craftsmanship built to last.

🏗️ Project Update: The piles are in!

Our breakaway garage project has reached an important milestone. With the foundation piles now installed, the groundwork is in place for one of the first garages in the area designed around FEMA’s newly updated coastal requirements.

🌊 Coastal construction requires specialized planning, careful ex*****on, and the ability to keep pace with evolving regulations. We’re excited to bring this unique project to life and share its progress along the way.
