Today isn’t about the equipment, the projects, or the finished job. It’s about the people behind all of it. From our crews in the field to our team behind the scenes. It’s the hard work, long days, early mornings, and dedication from our employees that keep Jacon moving forward every day. To our entire Jacon team: thank you for showing up, working hard, and representing this company the way you do!💚

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and participated in the Centerville Parade! We had such a blast, and it wouldn't have been possible without all of the amazing people who gave their time and energy to walk, wave, hand out goodies, decorate, and represent us with such enthusiasm!!!🥳💚

There’s something special about small businesses supporting other small businesses. That’s how genuine connections are made and strong communities are built.

We’re incredibly grateful for our partnership with Minnesota Social Roots and for all they do to help tell the Jacon story and highlight the people and projects behind it. Their support means so much to us.

At the heart of it all, we believe in community over competition. We’re proud to stand alongside another local business that shares those values, because when we lift each other up, everyone succeeds. 👷🏼‍♂️💚

📣 BIG NEWS FROM MN SOCIAL ROOTS 📣

We’re excited to welcome Jacon to the MN Social Roots family.

While we spend a lot of time helping boutiques, salons, campgrounds, and a few incredible woman owned businesses grow their online presence, we’ll never pass up an opportunity to tell the stories of the hardworking men and women who keep this world moving.

Because behind every road, building, utility line, and construction project is a crew showing up before sunrise and getting the job done.

🟢🟢🟢Jacon is a company built from one guy, a dream, and a team of loyal employees who take pride in their work every single day.

Over the coming months, we’ll be helping showcase the people behind the projects through:
✔ Employee Spotlights
✔ Job Site Content
✔ Community Involvement
✔ Event Promotion & Planning
✔ Behind-the-Scenes Content
✔ Brand & Social Media Growth

Real people. Real work. Real stories worth telling.

👷🏼‍♂️We can’t wait to help make these blue-collar boys a little Facebook famous while highlighting the incredible work they’re doing throughout our communities. 💚

Real Stories. Real Businesses. Real Community.
