Well, I've been a bit silent on here haven't I 🤣

Sorry yall! I had a moment of dumb bravery a couple Fridays ago and decided to climb on Nixons back to see if he was indeed rideable, he was for about half a second, and then I was airborn, landing hard on my right hip and breaking it and my right elbow.

I'm home after a successful surgery to lag bolt my pelvis back together and I'm recovering well!

But I did want to come check in and give a little farm post dump anyways, because while I am on light duty and Keith is running all farm operations for me, I still like to go visit with some of our most beloved residents 💕

I've been asked recently by quite a few about finding wool, here's one of our local sheep farmers who works with her own wool in a regenerative way, to bring you wool rugs, shawls, and good vibes.

A Wild Offering

This rug is off to Oregon! Wet felted (no skin) made from our sheep Pearl who’s out in the field growing another one for next year! 🥹🐑

Our piggies went out to pasture as their quarantine is finished and I'm ready to rotate and turn pastures over and let them rest and they are absolutely living their best lives on fresh grass.

This morning they slept in together under the shady oaks where it's nice and cool💕

I'll throw that video in the comments🐷

I've decided to skip breeding the goats this year while I focus on expanding the farm and the cows, but I'd hate to let good goats sit.

Coming soon is a partial herd dispersal. Some will be ready to breed adult does, some will be dam raised weaned junior does.

No wethers or bucks will be available. Keep an eye out or message me if you're looking to expand your doe herd 🙂

Miss Meteor below says pick me!!!

Just a healthy duck dozen and a single French Toulouse goose in a cuddle puddle 🥹

🐥✨Ducks already have a home✨🐥

Also ignore the 💩, ducks are the messiest birds I've ever brooded and that's all from this morning 😆
