This job started out as a 3 day subfloor job but turned into a 3 week foundation replacement job. We replaced roughly 80 percent of the floor joists, all of the subflooring and installed a v***r barrier under the entire house. We then installed new flooring throughout the home along with new base boards and door casing.

I didn’t take the best photos but here’s what we started with and what we turned it into.

Pretty neat view from this roof coating job going in downtown Jefferson. We are getting the roof pressure washed, primed and then sealed with elastomeric coating.

Out with the old and in with the new, this older panel had several issues going on. We swapped out everything from the service entrance down to the grounding electrodes with a new 200 amp service.

This is a 4,000sqft commercial roof in Jefferson Tx. Today we patched an 10’x22’ area of the standing seam roofing. Next we will be pressure washing, priming and then spraying an elastomeric coating over the entire 4,000sqft roof. This roof will be good for go for many more years. Big thanks to Espinoza Roofing Co. for helping us out with the metal roofing work!

8’x12’ deck extension is finished! This deck will soon have a 250 Gallon hot tub placed on it. We doubled all of the 2x6 joists and braced them with 4x4 piers on foundation pads. This thing isn’t going anywhere. Full length gutters will be installed next.

Today we installed a v***r barrier on the crawlspace floor and then began laying the new Advantech subflooring in these two rooms. Got a good bit done today.
