This job originally started as just a subfloor replacement in 3 bedrooms and a small bathroom. Once we started removing the subfloor we realized the joists were damaged and had to go too, so now we will be replacing joists and beams as needed. Here’s a few photos of some of today’s work. I’ll be posting more throughout the week as we go. Feel free to share

I was asked to build a wood floor inside of this 10x18 storage building that they had built, after going over some options with the customer we decided to go with Concrete being that this will be holding a zero turn mower and other lawn equipment. We brought in 2 yards of dirt to get the grading right and poured the concrete this morning and left it with a light broom finish. Turned out great thank you again Royalty Concrete LLC

Today was a long day but we got it done here in Avinger Tx. This roof was probably close to 2200sqft in total. We pressure washed the entire roof and made the needed repairs and then sealed the entire roof covering with an elastomeric sealer. This roof should be good to go for years to come.

Another job knocked out in Hughes Springs today. We installed new carpet in a bedroom and living room and then installed Vinyl plank in the kitchen and hallway. Turned out great and the customer loves it.

Quick before and after photos of today’s job in Mount Pleasant. We were asked to install a new dishwasher, Range, microwave/vent hood and the refrigerator. All of the new appliances were larger than the old ones that were removed. We pulled away all of the cabinets and had to rebuild each one of them to the needed size. Turned out great and the customer is beyond happy to use her new kitchen appliances.

We wasted no time getting everything moved into the house here in Avinger, TX. We came in and repaired the damaged drywall and repainted all the interior walls, cabinets and doors. The flooring crew came in for a full tear-out and reinstall throughout the home, other than the tiled bathroom floors. The HVAC, plumbing, and electrical crews came in and did their work during this time. This job had a tight deadline to get the home ready for a large July 4th party, but we made it happen. There wasn't much time for photo taking. This home renovation turned out great, and next, we will be taking on the exterior landscaping projects.

No it isn’t stacked or compacted the best, but I would have never thought that we would fill up a 30 yard roll off from cleaning out this crawlspace debris, old cast iron plumbing and just a few items from decks and interior of the house. It’s being dumped in the morning and returned for the start of flooring tear out. The Interior wall and cabinet painting have been completed. Can’t wait to post these before and after interior photos
