Big things are coming to Big E's Midland, and while we can't show you everything just yet, we can promise there has been a lot of progress behind the scenes.

Our renovation is well underway, and we're counting down the days until we can welcome you back this September with a fresh new look. We appreciate your patience while we make it all happen, and we can't wait to share the finished result with you.

Meet Jeni, our Project Manager! 👋

Jeni is back with the Suburban Inns Design & Construction Team after previously spending 18 years with Suburban Inns, and we're excited to have her back!

Her favorite part of the job? The family-friendly atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable every day.

And if you need a wall torn down... Jeni's grabbing the mallet (or the sledgehammer). Safe to say she's not afraid to get the job done!!

Meet Tyler, Construction Superintendent! 👋

Tyler has been with the Suburban Inns Design & Construction team for 22 months. This is his second time with Suburban Inns, after spending nearly three years with the company about 10 years ago.

What Tyler enjoys most about working at Suburban Inns is the people. He appreciates getting to work alongside such a great team every day, and it's what makes coming to work so rewarding.

When he's on the job site, Tyler's favorite piece of equipment to operate is a boom lift.

We're grateful to have Tyler's experience, dedication, and positive attitude on the team. Thanks for everything you do, Tyler!

Meet Kassi, our Project Assistant! 🏗️👋

Continuing our Design & Construction Team introductions, we're excited to introduce another familiar face around Suburban Inns!

Kassi has been part of the Suburban Inns family for 13 years and says her favorite part of being on the team is the people and the culture. From feeling valued by the Beukema family to building friendships that feel like family, Kassi loves that Suburban Inns is a place where people truly care about each other.

When asked about her favorite tool or machinery to work with, she had the most honest answer:
"Oh man... I don't think anyone wants me to work with any tools or machinery" 🙃🤣

We appreciate Kassi for bringing her experience, personality, and positive energy to the team.

Meet the team behind the projects!! 🔨👋

We're kicking off our team introductions by introducing Johnnie, Construction Superintendent of Suburban Inns Design & Construction.

Johnnie has been part of the Suburban Inns story for over a decade (with a little sabbatical in between 😉) and has spent the last 22 months back with the team. When asked what he likes most about working with Suburban Inns, his answer was simple: the people.

When he's not bringing projects to life, you can find him working with his favorite tool, PlanGrid, helping keep everything organized and moving forward.

We're excited for you to meet the people who help build the spaces our guests know and love! 🏗️✨
