Happy Boss’s Day to Johnnie and Tyler! 🎉

Keeping construction projects on schedule is no small job, and we’re grateful to have these two leading the way. Thanks for tackling the challenges, keeping things moving and making sure the job gets done right.

We appreciate all the work you put in behind the scenes and on-site. Hope you both have a great Boss’s Day! 👏

Suburban Inns Design & Construction began this project in February 2025, and it was completed in November 2025.

Last week, we completed our renovations at Big E's Midland and officially reopened our doors!!

We're always looking for ways to invest in the properties we own and operate, from our hotels to our restaurants.

Keeping our properties fresh and continuing to invest in them is important to us because our guests' experiences start with the spaces they walk into. We want our restaurants and hotels to be welcoming, comfortable, and reflective of the communities they're part of, while also creating spaces our team members are proud to work in.

The Big E's Midland renovation is one small example of that ongoing investment.

If you're in, around, or visiting Midland, stop by Big E's and check out the changes!

⭐ PROJECT SPOTLIGHT ⭐

Have you checked out the new Splash Zone in downtown Holland? 💦

This past spring, the Suburban Inns Design & Construction team brought this new outdoor amenity to life, officially opening the space to the community on June 4!

The Splash Zone is open seasonally from approximately May through September, weather permitting, and operates daily from 10 AM–10 PM. ☀️

Designed with both the community and our guests in mind, the Splash Zone is available for community members, guests staying at our Courtyard by Marriott Holland Downtown, and guests visiting Big E’s Sports Grill to enjoy!

We’re proud to create spaces that bring people together and add even more to the downtown Holland experience. 🧡🤍
