This week has been a hot and humid one, and it's hard not to notice the dedication of the subcontractors who continue showing up every day, putting in the work, and pushing the project forward despite the weather.

As we work alongside these teams, we recognize the effort and commitment it takes to perform at a high level when the weather isn't making things easy. Too often, that hard work goes unnoticed.

Today, we fired up the grill and cooked burgers for the crews as a small token of appreciation. It's a simple gesture, but showing people that their work is valued can go a lot farther than you might think.

At the end of the day, construction is a people business. When the individuals building your project feel respected, appreciated, and supported, morale improves and when morale improves, the quality of the project benefits as well.

A big thank you to all the trades and subcontractors who continue to give their best every day, regardless of the conditions. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

School projects are officially underway for the year! We’re kicking off the season at Adams Christian with a remodel and refresh of one of oldest classrooms of the school.

At Frontline Construction, we believe that great results come from never standing still.

This week, we had the opportunity to travel to Chicago to tour the Turf manufacturing plant and participate in Armstrong product training. Experiences like these allow us to continue learning directly from industry leaders, gain hands-on product knowledge, and better understand the best installation practices and solutions available for our clients.

Construction is constantly evolving, and we make it a priority to stay ahead so we can deliver the best possible experience for our clients. By investing in education, improving our processes, and working closely with trusted partners, we’re able to keep projects on schedule, maintain quality, and help keep costs on or even under budget.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: build with excellence, communicate clearly, and make sure every client is happy with the process and the final product.

Busy morning at the Talsma Furniture site. Masons are making strong progress, concrete crews are getting a flatwork pour in, steel is being prepped, and excavation continues. Great teamwork across all trades and solid momentum on the project.
