🚨WE ARE HIRING: Project Supervisor (Residential Roofing)
We are looking to add a Project Supervisor who is self-motivated, detailed-oriented, with great communication skills to the Rise Roofing team. If you enjoy working outside, an ever-changing work environment, and the satisfaction of successfully running a job from start to finish, this would be an ideal role for you!
☑️ Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily roofing operations on residential projects
- Ensure all work is performed according to company standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
- Manage job site logistics.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to management and customers.
- Identify and resolve job site challenges, delays, or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and completion records.
- Verify project completion and ensure customer satisfaction before closeout.
- Reports to ownership.
☑️ Qualifications:
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn about residential roofing systems - materials, installation methods, and safety regulations.
- Construction/trade experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem solving skills, and implementation of solutions.
- Comfortable working at heights, while on roofs.
- Ability to work with hands, and proper use of tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
