Little.\n Bit of roofing, repair on one of my apartment clients buildings, we always try to assess any issues and give solutions for water problems.\nCould I do the best I can to use best products for remarkable results. Hence, the pictures of the window metal, I don't have pictures of sewing those, but we addressed all those gaps before we left. Technically reoccurring customer, those pictures were over 3 or 4 visits.

So this countertop is from one of my longest standing clients I don't have my original production pictures this is from there cottage that I maintain I've also done work at their other properties and this said countertop are rafters from their historical Barn property that we turned into apartments for them so therefore those are over a hundred year old pieces of wood that we refurbished finished and crafted to said counter. I still have some of said material left for a new masterpieces if interested

Some rot repair we reuse as much material as we can we think like a raindrop if we replace two or more clad boards in a row or touching one another, we apply tyvek paper behind the clad boards if we replace plywood, we zip tape the plywood seams
