We were especially grateful to celebrate this milestone alongside our founder, architect Elliot Anderson, whose vision helped shape a space that continues to inspire.

Studio EA Designs New Permanent Facility for St. Croix Valley Food Bank to Strengthen Hunger Relief Efforts Across Western Wisconsin.

Studio EA is proud to announce that construction has officially begun on the new permanent facility for the St. Croix Valley Food Bank in Hudson, Wisconsin. Located at 2181 Jack Breault Drive, the new facility will serve as a vital hub for hunger relief across St. Croix, Burnett, Pierce, and Polk Counties.

As the only food bank serving the four-county region, St. Croix Valley Food Bank and its 55+ partners currently distribute nearly 5 million pounds of food annually—less than half of the estimated 8–10 million pounds needed to meet community demand. The new purposebuilt facility will address the organization’s current limitations, including insufficient freezer and refrigeration space, and enable expanded capacity for food rescue and fresh food storage.

“We are honored to collaborate with the St. Croix Valley Food Bank on this transformative project,” said Tyler Westfield of Studio EA. “Our design team worked closely with their staff and volunteers to create a facility that is functional, welcoming, and built to sustain the organization’s mission well into the future.”

This week, we spent an afternoon at a cooking class hosted by our friends at Grand Valley Supply. It was great to spend some time getting to know the great people we collaborate with that make our projects so wonderful. And thank you to Grand Fete Cooking School for bringing out the inner creative chefs in all of us.
